So I realized that since you don’t have to submit video proof, then you can SR to the last checkpoint if you mess up. Is this allowed, or does this mean that videos should be required for runs?
It's not allowed, must be done in single segment as according to the rules, but I don't think that means videos should be required either. Right now its kind of just the trust system i think.

Yeah, the thing is that I kinda suck compared to other people (cough cough, Demoliton14), so I end up dying at some point, and it always happens to be a time with no fire anywhere close, so I had reset a few times before I realized that it was against the rules.
Yeah, but that reduces your boss damage, and I did a run, got 57:38 without cheating, and I’m okay with that. In the last section I ended up dying like two or three times and having to give myself bluster, but it worked out okay. Thank you for the advice though!
Yeah, I ended up dying a lot on that last section with the blocks (im assuming thats what part you mean) on my first run. Then I realized taking my time in that section instead of repeatedly trying to go fast and dying saved a lot of time.
I died like 3 times there on my first run cause i tried skipping waiting for the last block section of the first block section but now I don't die at all the entire run because I just play it a bit safer.
