The RNG in this game can be very frustrating, specifically levels 3 and 4. On level 3, it is difficult to predict when the large boulders will appear, and when they do appear, they can travel in different trajectories, meaning you have to either jump a bit early, jump a bit later, or duck under the boulder for a brief moment. On level 4, the RNG with the cannibals can also make or break a run. If the cannibals jump to the left as you are moving to the next scene, it will delay the time that will move completely to the next cannibal or wife.

I think with a bit more RNG luck, I think I can achieve sub-2 minutes. Not sure if I will return to this game, given the amount of RNG luck that is needed for a good run. We'll see...
