Found this almost a month ago; I forgot to post it. Trying to jump or move does nothing. I've included the entire run so that you can see what leads up to it.
There was another time where during the last part of the quiz, only two internauts spawned out of the 6, making it impossible to complete. Sadly, I don't have a recording of it.
Yeah this level can be softlocked in a lot of different ways. I got softlocked a couple of times during the megaphone cutscene at the 3rd floor, where I couldn't move after the cutscene. Also, in every level except for ToT, the game will always softlock on the first question of the quiz if you are replaying it. It's a really buggy game.
So the categories in CE were more like "Softlocks where you actually have to do something", which in this case would be getting out of bounds. I also think this is the fastest way to do it in this level, as there isn't any earlier inbounds softlock for what I know.
