There's a few new things this time around! The first thing is that instead of just doing a single jump into the slide, I do a two jumps. I feel like this makes the following jumps easier, although it's still very hard to do!

The biggest new thing, where the time save comes from, is that upon landing on the Launch Pad I double jump into hold right away! Before I delayed the second jump, but I realized it's much quicker to do it immediately. This level has much more strats to discover for sure, but we'll see what the future holds!
