Saw it being used in some of the Level 2: Walkout runs, messed around with it and got WR times for Walkout and Screentime. If you punch next to an enemy sometimes the lunge will send you very far forward, saving time on movement since you just dash to where you're looking.

Feel like this can be used on any level to potentially get faster times, just a bit tricky to get down consistently and the placement of the dash can be a bit hard to manage when moving quickly.
