If you reset your save file to play NG runs and now want to run NG+ again, are feeling the lack of cloud saves/save slots in this game or just want to get to the good stuff, you can use the cask.override console command to unlock all missions, weapons and equipment.

From the main menu:
1. Press ~ (tilde)
2. Type cask.override sc1@maCh
3. Press enter
4. You should see a few lines of red text informing you that you have unlocked everything

Keep in mind this *may* disable achievements. It says it does but I still got Big Spender when I used it the first time so your mileage may vary.

Disable radial slow time (for real) + autoexec.cfg

If you are finding that changing the Radials Slow Time setting to No is not working for you, and it resets upon leaving the settings menu or restarting the game, it can be forcibly set to No using the console. Bring up the console with ~ and enter ui.radialpause False. Check the settings menu and ensure it now is set to No appropriately. It seems that it might still reset to Yes when restarting the game, so it's probably a good idea to add this to your autoexec so that it will be applied automatically every time the game starts. To create an autoexec file with this command:

1. In Steam, right click the game and select Properties -> Local Files -> Browse. The game directory should open.
2. If a folder called 'cfg' does not already exist, you will need to create it manually.
3. In cfg, create a file called autoexec.cfg (make sure it does not get another extension added automatically such as .txt.)
4. Open autoexec.cfg and write the line ui.radialpause False (same as above); save and close.
5. In game, open the console and type exec autoexec. It should read back to you ui.radialpause False.
