Herr Anwalt is a german lawyer that is popular on TikTok and YouTube. @YannickDev, one of the super mods of this game, and also the developer of the game itself, has 400k followers in tiktok, so he (and I think Herr Anwalt himself) advertised this game in tiktok to submit their fast playthroughs to speedrun.com leaderboard.

That's why most of the accounts on the leaderboard are red, and created recently, these players came here from tiktok and probably didn't know about speedrunning before. 
"Another tiktok invasion, huh?" At least these people understand some English :/
