I've made a single change to my game files. It changes the requirement of the centaur auto-equip to add a 6 cost card requirement, essentially disabling it.
Is this allowed or will it prevent my runs from being valid.
i'm afraid this would count as a game modification under rule 10, and thus be banned; editing your save to disable it would also be banned under rule 9. here's a legitimately-obtained save file with the centaur card not unlocked: Antler Max Save (Without Centaur). your best bet is to use steam's Verify Game Files option to reset all changes to your game's scripts, then use this instead of your own savefile.
It doesnt effect the save file at all. It changes a single character (a 5 to a 6) so I can revert it with no issue. I'm not sure how you would check it.
I don't want to use someone else's save file so I'll just go back to altering the build to stop it being activated.
Edit: Also the patch made it no longer relevant.
