I was concerned about the spawn point that there is a close way to reach oppressor mark II, and the vehicle occurs in an ideal place. Besides, I figured out a new order of destroying cars and it does save much time without extra actions.

There is also a trick that oppressor mark II could always reach max speed(129-130) on the way to the destination. (hold
