I’m back from the dead! I played Gold Course recently and just straight-up destroyed my previous time, so I played until I got a better one and here I am! I was slow in some parts, and the parkour area could easily be improved upon, but I feel that I did moderately well. I also employed a 5-3-1 furnace strategy for the gold block section, which was way faster as I spent minimal time waiting.
