GoW2 runs made on PS3 Emulator are now timed with IGT

God of War II runs made on PS3 Emulator now require the use of the In Game Timer (IGT) integrated into LiveSplit.

The rules also apply to Category Extensions, with the exception of the Platinum and Platinum Glitchless categories, which will still be timed with RTA.
Trilogy runs moved to a new leaderboard
We have created the "Multiple God of War Games" leaderboard. This is a new place for the Greek Trilogy runs. A new category for the PSP games (PSP Duology) has also been created.
