The maximum fps limit has been reduced from 240 to 120.

All newly submitted runs must have their fps limited to a value of at most 120 and the current fps value must be displayed in the video.

The only current records who significantly profit from >120 fps seem to be 63, Elemental War and GoMon Preview. To avoid unbeatable records they will be unverified or get a penalty when runs of similar quality at <= 120 fps get submitted. The same is true for any other high fps records I may have missed.
