To get it back, message starsmiley or metasr on Discord (they're site staff). Make sure you have one of your social medias from SRC connected to your Discord account to verify it's you.

Or if you don't have any, then use your previous email that was on the account to email support@speedrun.com and say this email was on there previously (site staff can view previous emails) and say you want your account email changed back to it again.
