Oi, Lusty here. I’m just a dude that suddenly got a curiosity to start speedrunning games, ever since I’ve started liking more the AGDQ runs everyone is talking about. Kind of a side thing, to be honest, and I’m thinking of submitting runs sometime thereafter.
More specifically, I’m aiming at speedrunning some games from the Metal Slug series (1 and probably X, more in the future). They have been my favorite games for a pretty long time, and despite getting my butt kicked after spending credit after credit for the last boss, it sure hasn’t stopped me before to complete them :P
Although I’m pretty new to the concept of speedrunning, I’ll try to pin the basics down through searches of my own. However, any info, tips or pointers I should look for, I’ll take them!
