I don't see a problem with you using the emulator and still submitting your times at first.

If you start getting close to the WR time though, I believe your scores shouldn't count until you get a legit copy of the game.

For some reason I can't see the orginal post, but I agree with Juikuen.

As I've brought up I've issues with loading zones with different wii's, gamecube and with different game discs so using an emulator would imo, be using it "lag free" in whatever sense you can call it that, I hope you get what I mean, haha!
