It has been brought up that Time Attack and Practice Mode has some differences and that some people have been doing IL's on practice mode despite this being not allowed by the old ruleset (which only allowed Time Attack). Instead of banning those runs, we have decided to chance the rules, so that both Time Attack and Practice Mode are allowed when doing IL's.
