After hours of resets and frustration and boobs, I made a little chart of Opponents for the most optimized run with Helena (aka → Punch, punch, punch. Wait. → Punch, punch, punch.)

Honoka or Raidou – Press F to pay respect, rip Run

Tina and Nyotengu – Can be trollish, but still possible, unless the two came on your run. Nyotengu can block few attacks and Tina can dodge if you're not fast enough.

Ayane, Hitomi, Kasumi, Zack, Diego, Marie Rose, Helena, Kokoro, NiCO, Jann Lee and Elliot – Can cause little or big time losses, but not openly troll as Tina and Nyotengu. 3 of them on your run, can be fine (unless there's a Tina or Nyotengu already)

Bayman, La Mariposa, Mila, Christie, Bass, Rig, Ryu, Brad Wong, Leifang, Hayate and Phase 4 – GG, they don't have a reaction for the Helena run and the ideal run came with 8 of them.
