A nice improvement from my previous run because of big boss (arrest target) AI manipulation. They will not struggle if they're never alerted to you being there, which allows for an immediate rest by careful smoke placement on the 2nd and 3rd target. When they run away, it's always in the opposite direction of the player, and they will not surrender unless you are close enough. The 1st target was corralled towards the direction I wanted to go to save time.
Shooting out the top floor window at the 2nd target can hit the glass of the next building and cause an enemy to start patrolling next to the 3rd target. That's why I went through the second floor window instead (which you can see caused an enemy to patrol).
