There is probably 1-2 seconds lost from small hesitations. The bottom right corner of the basement could be cleaned up and save a second too. The breach charge in the basement is to keep killing spree for the two grenadiers. They have a nasty habit of living and getting behind cover, which lets them melt HP because of armor piercing rounds.
