Due to C_Fred's recent run that implements the major skips to enter most boss races without requiring trophies, Any% was subdivided once more. The new "Unrestricted" subcategory is reserved for runs that glitch themselves into Nash, Norm, and Geary early. The old "Unrestricted" subcategory is still intact but renamed to "No Major Skips" (name may or may not be subject to change).

The major skips into most bosses were known for the better part of a decade but only few people had even attempted runs as glitched races have to be completed with a permanent black fade effect layered on top of the screen, forcing the player to win these boss races basically blind. Needless to say, this run takes a lot of planning and practice. Congrats Fred!
