Yesterday the runner DracoMalfoy submitted a "King of Ireland" run. The video lasts 1:49:41, but the speed run doesn't start until 1:27:54. I don't see a problem if the video is already running for 1-2 minutes before the run, but in this case there are nearly 1 1/2 hours. For me this is a sign that there is a need for rule about the shape of submissons.

With the starting time added below I'd still consider it "valid" although, arguably, quite inconvenient. That said, we aren't that competitive that we really need to care about form as much as the content is complete
