Removed Leaderboards: Tutorial, Death%, Star Activation

These leaderboard categories are very insignificant:
- Tutorial minimum length is fixed
- Star Activation is totally voided if starting with the Lifesaver upgrade
- Death% comes down to luck and no real player input
Added Leaderboard Category: Star Combo
Runs may be submitted for fastest times to achieve Star Combos of 50 and 100!
