I have a question about this for some time, I do not see any rule that prohibits using emulated versions, I think it is more friendly for me to submit races on ps2, can you?

I haven't ever thought about emulator runs so I'm unsure. My thought would be if you can emulate the game why don't you just get the PC version of the game ?
