Does anyone know who the Adam person is? People keep talking about him in this game, but I've never seen him, is it just part of the lore or is this in Budget Cuts 2?

I've beat the game like 20 times now, I had the WR for 2 hours in any%, but I always clip through walls.

Adam is a boss near the end. You skip him in the speedrun.
