Overview

A patch designed to fix the FPS issues from the recent steam update and to combat the security issues and crashes. This patch is allowed in runs as it does not affect anything gameplay wise other than the FPS issue (which is how the game played out before the steam update).

Disclaimer

This patch is known to not work in the campaign, causing Vacant Boot State to occur. If you are a campaign speedrunner, you should go for other options like BO3 Enhanced or BOIII Vanilla.
