So I was wondering. I know that super jumping is considered a glitch and you can skip 3/4 of the game with it. I was wondering however, since it is a cool piece of movement tech if you are using it NOT to destroy half the game, if it could be used in Glitchless runs to optimize rooms, or if this is strictly off limits unless you’re running Glitched runs.
every move far of the basic mechanics in the game is glitch, thats mean ultra jump, because you execute some code with the pause and items, for that reason not enter in the glichtless category
Right, but you also have games like Super Metroid that have mockball and moonfall, mechanics in which aren’t intended, that are still widely accepted in runs. Idk just figured I’d mention it.

yes buth its inside in the mechanics, thats no glitch, its a move combination, iff with the moonfall go OOB, that is a glitch, if dont, just gainin speed when run in the same place, and the gravity doing the rest.
