1.) Now that BGDA is ported to PC, are runs on that platform allowed?

2.) Could we get a category for Co-Op Any% NLM? I see that it's not technically against the rules of Any%, but two players is against the rules of NLM, and I am not interested in the Load Manip strategy.

Yes, probably next weekend when im free ill get to editing this, if you want to just submit the run, you can submit it to any category and ill move it to where it belongs when i verify it
