BFDI in the game name should be fully capitalized

I know, but I wasn't the one who submitted the game. We'll have to contact the site admins to change it.

Also:

-fix "cloudy ciffs"

-more importantly, the rules need to be more comprehensive than just "beat the game". Can I use external tools? How does run start/end timing work, and are we using RTA or IGT? Are glitches allowed? Which ones? Gotta consider all of this.

EDIT: sorry, I didn't look at the IL rules before posting this. Those are definitely better but still not perfect. Definitely fix the full-game one though.
