Is there any way to unlock the other 4 characters for the v1.0 speedrun? I was interested in running with Karlee but anything besides the base characters is locked for me and it won't allow me to join online servers to unlock them the standard way. If not it's fine but if there's a way around this it would be super helpful!

The original way was to beat certain sections of Act I in Online but it's not available anymore. Beating Act I unlocks them only in the latest version of the game from what I'm aware. I'm trying to figure out how to unlock them in v1.0 without the ability to do it in Online. I've already beat Act I multiple times in runs so that doesn't work unless you actually have to kill the boss in the last level. Unless I have to do it in v1.4 and then downpatch but idk if that deletes character progression or not so I haven't tried that without confirmation. Besides that, I have no idea.

Howdy! I believe stuff like character unlocks are client side in 1.0 so editing your save file with a hex editor in the right places should unlock that kinda stuff. How to do it though is another story lol.
