The premise is you can only upgrade your tank and minigun, no other weapons allowed (btw it is possible as i have completed it in the past). I am also going to try and get the same category on awesome tanks 2.
Ok It took an hour just to get to level 14, and the boss laser just has too much health to kill. No idea how badhound did it.
I think a no upgrades category would be more possible. I dont know if anyone would run it but me though.
there is kindof a "no upgrades" category for individual level leaerboards, "Primitive", but that also requires only using a minigun... I could make an "Any Weapon (No Upgrades" category for it but that seems very arbitrary.
Also, I honestly don't think badhound beat the game with minigun at all - not without video proof at least.
Yeah I’m just going to stick with any% and 100% for now, been trying to convince more people to speedrun this game.
"Other" will be removed from the CMG/FP category due to having no runs and no reason to exist.
If a version of the game is found with enough differences to warrant an extra variable, it will be added.
