This run used a duckstation emulator with no overclocking, 8 sector aync readahead, read speedup 2x, and seek speedup 2x. This gave me loading times similar to, or slightly slower than, the PSTV loading times while maintaining the frame slowdowns from missions such as Retake Oil Refinery and Worker Robot Removal. I believe these settings best retain the spirit of playing the game without having to purchase expensive and rare hardware while also giving me a chance to authentically compete with the faster times in this category. After all is said and done, very happy with this PB and as we can see from where I fumbled through a handful of missions there is still room to improve even further.
