New IL categories

There are 3 new categories for ILs in this game now : 1 memory, 2 memories and all memories, which require getting 1, 2 and 3 memories respectively in the level.
I created them so we can better calculate which are the optimal memories to go for in Any% if these categories eventually get optimised.
Change regarding game audio rules (for all categories)
For the sake of accessibility, rules regarding game audio have been changed : "Game audio (music and SFX) should generally be on. A single run without game audio will NOT be rejected, but if you get a large amount of WRs or very good runs without it, you may be asked to enable it for your future run
