I want to ask if there's some glitch already discovered to do on these categories, because if none discovered glitches to do, there's no reason to put these categories on level runs, since we'll just have a bunch of dead categories

I discovered a glitch for phase 1 that we can pass through the glass in the box part, but isn't faster and is inconsistent and idk how to do
