Often times in the 100% category, opponents will cry for mercy just before the win text appears. Since the ai is forced to surrender once this voice line is played and can save upwards of .3 seconds, there is no room for misinterpretation. It is not in the rules, so is it fair to assume this is legal?

Note: I am not referring to other death sounds such as gurgling or death screams, as the these are not 100% guaranteed, just actual mercy voice lines
