Tool: Heishin's drops for the first 100,000 frames on 5/15 card

A spreadsheet that gives Heishin's drops as well as a couple duel playouts that are good for entry-level RNG manipulation runs for the multi-card categories. This needs to be used in conjunction with the RNG manipulation tools you'll find on the main game's Resources section, namely the Manip Tool (there's a duplicate tool in those resources specifically configured for NTSC-U multi-card drops and a short readme on how to use it effectively)
Update to all Category Rules
All VODs submitted to the leaderboards that are dated after 15-December will need to include the cutscene after Nitemare to include saving at the credits.
