Is the newer releases of epsxe allowed? I see that it says only up to 2.0.0, but is there a reason or just lack of update?

I'm going to assume at this time that it is not. However, I am not an SRC mod so I'm not sure what the official ruling is. I'll have to wait and see what the SRC mods have to say.

Is PCSX ReARMed a version of the allowed emulators or is it a completely different one? I'm pretty new to this and can't seem to get the game to work properly.
