I just realized the setups are reset for every single stage, so tuning the car for each stage would take lots of time for RTA, but for IGT it would be beneficial. So, if we were to compete for the IGT only, should there be a separate leaderboard for it? Maybe put the IGT ones in Misc.

No because then its not a speedrun for a category anymore. If you want to have IGT, it should only apply for ILs.
