Bankruptcy% Optimization

Hello there!
Bankruptcy% IGT has been optimized to its absolute limit, now being achievable on January 1st, 1836. HOWEVER, RTA NS5 is still able to be ran. Now it comes down to who can navigate menus the fastest, or if someone can find an even faster route.

Rule Change (Audio needed)
Just wanted to make it known that runs will require audio to be recorded from now on. Any runs that have previously been submitted without audio will NOT be invalidated, but starting now it will be needed.
