War against the soviets and winning as the Germans should be a category. Winning against china as Japan is another good one. Denying the rhineland against Germany, and capitulating them should be a cat, and don't even get started on Kaiserreich... it should probably be its own game. These are BASIC categories that I made in 5 minutes thinking about what is needed. A winter war category also sounds nice.... but it depends on what the limitations are. Setting a start date for a war will make new speedrun strats possible. Saying you can only war the soviets in 39 makes SENSE and could be 2 categories.
