I actually thought about it more and I think the same thing may have happened to me before as yoda on Dagobah I'm thinking of maybe testing to see if it happens again.

I started my first run ever playing GC as the Republic and ran into a little issue I was at about 1 hour 30 mins in and was on Dagobah playing as Yoda there was one enemy left and as soon as I eliminated it the game froze and make this horrible scratching noise. Any ideas?
