yeah, I have to agree with what SugarFreeLemon says, from what I understand in my many runs is that it is truly just random, and it is what it is, your best bet is to restart gym which doesn't take too much time

easy, if while you have the game, and live split running if the time randomly pauses, during loading sections, its working

left click on livesplit, edit layout, the plus, control, scriptable auto splitter than browse for the file which can be downloaded from resources

I would say you need to finish the day, which is easy enough. I will make that be clear in the category rules
