I hate to be that guy, but I feel like this should be in the director's cut off category. I was looking to do a run and figured since the turtle is involved and it is after the director's cut update, then it should be in director's cut off. Director's cut on would only need to kill the fish and the frog. Someone please correct me if I am wrong or missing information.
