In scratcharts track 2 shortcut run after he bounces off the popper he gets a second bounce off the rail, does anyone know what cause it.

Does it start the frame you press start or the frame you are in the air on the first stage
why don't we use milliseconds to time the runs? Because in glitchless i used a retimer and my run is 0.2 seconds faster then induvial but it is still a tie.
