Thinking of running this, how do I do the warp?

Hi! I know this game is far from popular for speedrunning, but I loved the movie and since the run is quick and doesn't require a ton of glitches like a lot of NES games, I was wondering if anyone would be able to offer any advice for running this game. Anything from emulators to controller vs. keyboard to general gameplay tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
