In 3DS, you can play the eShop version (ENG) or Inazuma Eleven 1-2-3! Endou Mamoru Densetsu (JAP). I think we can add this two categories.

In Pokemon Speedruns, they allowed the Citra 1568 version for 3DS speedruns with this rules:

• The Emulator to be used is Citra Nightly 1568.
• The following options must be set: -- Pause emulation when in background: Off -- Emulation Limit Speed Percent: 100% -- CPU Clock Speed: 100%
• The submitted video should show that these settings are set before starting the run.

I think we can allow this emulator for Inazuma Eleven 3DS games. What opinion do you have?
