I want to do runs of this game, but I only have the Definitive Experience. Is there a problem if I submit runs using that version?

I was going to do speedruns of this game, however I notice that you can only play it on PS4, Xbox One and PC. I was wondering if you could include the new generation of consoles, PS5 and Xbox Series X | S.
