With all yall going OB or water hazards for ball displacement. Shouldn't there be a NO OB category for the runs that are clean?

Still waiting for admins to wake up. Playing this on the console is a whole other dimension. As there are loading times and frame drops galore. NeoGeo tabs are needed for the Neogeo and Neogeo CDZ(2X cd drive) VS 1X on the normal console)

Even though this is kind of fun, I would still leave the overall speed times for all characters mixed. I found it interesting on how high I could reach the rankings VS all with Zangief. Basically, simply re-add the mixed times.

I tried talking about it in the past but, fame over virtue is corrupting the this category. Sad really. Should def have a tab strictly mentioning NO Turbo. It's extremely obvious when it is used. And for those who do use it, means that they are unable to play the game without it. Unable to endure the mashing.

many of current runs in fester's quest do use it and it's bs to be honest. most runners who would try doing the run legit wouldn't have the endurance to actually go through the whole game. dead forearm syndrome style. Remove all turbo submissions

Difference is that the snes has more inputs than the genesis. Possibly making it easier for the Genesis? Also, my 100% run is from the Genesis and is sitting in the snes 100%

Ok guys the time has come to separate the two unfortunately. Obviously the game is way too easy and absolutely not meant to be played in this manner. I currently hold the real WR for glitchless/clipless speedrun. Will submit anyways but will indicate in description.

Alfredo, seriously? Are you to lazy to add in a "difficult" tab? doing so actually ENCOURAGES players to attempt and challenge. If this is such a burden for you to create, add me as admin and I will do the work. I am an admin of over 30 games lol. This is kinda ridiculous.

If no scope, no run IMO. Since when does a game, designed to be played with a scope, be allowed to go with anything else? Minimum, separate the categories. If unable to play legit, then move on. I'm about to jump into this and cringed as soon as I saw EMU was allowed. Also, this is a superscope game... there will forever be a lack of active players lol
