Have two monitors and play the game windowed. Lots of games let you, on windows 7 at least, move the window to the top of the screen and resizes it to be just as fullscreen as a firefox or chrome browser window.

That only applies to resizable windows.

I play with Aero, but maybe my computer has a better processor and RAM than you have. But I'll be sure to disable Aero in the future and maybe my Vice City won't have a ton of problems as it does now.

Oh yeah, if your computer can't really handle a screen resolution that's so high, just change it and it should work. Glad you fixed it.

I like what Joshimuz suggested. Instead of just making a thread like this and asking everybody where they want it to go, have a discussion each month when the money does come and determine what was used the most and donate the most money to that.

You could also just have a black border somewhere (like on splits) and do that. But that's just me.

What do you limit your frames to? I'm guessing 30 or 60, right?
