Sorry I'm late on this, using a timer such as live split is allowed if you only have the demo.

However, Im not sure how accurate the in-game time is, and it doesn't seem very precise

I'll mention it in bug reports, but feel free to speedrun anyway, just include a split timer.

I feel it should be run on Newtonian. If people want to run each level twice, assisted and Newtonian to make it easier, that's fine too

Also the symmetry of x:xx:xx is nice
