Dolphin has faster loads which is why there is a certain time cap for emulators. If my time is too good I can't submit it.

Why doesn't Dolphin emulator have its own category. If Dolphin truly does have faster loads, which, it probably does, wouldn't it make sense to give it its own category.

Unless there's a major flaw i'm missing with this.

A moderator can do it, but only if the player agrees to it.

Looking for good horror game speedruns, preferably under 45 minutes.

I usually speedrun games I enjoyed casually, with rare exceptions. As for what I enjoy watching, I watch people run games I run lol.

It depends on the game. Most games do allow runs submitted without a timer, provided you retime the run yourself to get a semi-accurate time. Depending on the community, mods should retime runs themselves.

Like Oreo said, rare cases a timer is required. One of those exceptions being Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated. I would suggest asking a moderator of the game you plan on running, they will be able to help you the best.

As long as you trigger the conversation it is not considered a glitch. Technically, you could trigger the conversation, climb out of the window and dodge them but that's slower then the method shown in the video.

You could try and ask people if they would like to run your game
